Where is the store
based?
How do i order and when will it be completed?
Starting in 2020 all of our bars will be Made to Order. We will now be keeping all of our bars stocked in a uncoated finishing. Once an order is made we will make any custom additions and send it to powdercoating. Coating can take anywhere from 5-10 business days and ship immediately afterward. Thank you for bearing with our new system.
What is this store's
return and exchange policy?
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. We offer a
full refund (excluding shipping) within the first 30 days. We accept returns
only on new and unused merchandise. If a product has been installed or damaged
the refund policy will not apply. We do not offer direct exchanges under normal
circumstances, if you need something else you will need to place a new order on
the website. To submit a return you will need authorization. Please contact us
for Return Authorization.

How long will it take
to receive my order?
Once your order is completed and it has shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.
How do I pay for my
order? Is it secure?
The Big Cartel checkout process is powered by PayPal,the most trusted online payment solution on the web. Because of this, Big
Cartel has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these
leading payment processors. We accept most major credit cards. If paying with
PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay
your order.
